Develop, Manage & Brand Literature for all Divisions (Aggregate/Mining, Industrial & Architectural)
- Manage the Design Process and Update Divisional Brochures/Literature Cards/Catalogs
- Build and manage Buffalo Wire Works corporate identity and ensure all marketing materials, including website, are consistent and portray the same look and feel
- Sample Kit Packaging Design & Development
- Continuously Elevate the “Look & Feel” of Buffalo Wire’s Presence in the Market Place
- Website Updates/ Website News Updates / News Letter
- Review all company powerpoints to keep a consistent feel and design
- Manage, develop, and copywrite all marketing ads
- Manage any freelance work and graphic design work
Manage all Marketing Needs and Requests
- Develop and Manage Marketing Campaigns process, including tracking and follow up on offers made, acceptances and long term success rate of customer retention.
- Develop and Manage Market Segmentation process
- Develop and foster new ideas for marketing samples, campaigns, promotions, and strategic mailings
- Research & Recommend Tradeshows for All Divisions
- Travel to National and Key Shows
- Control all Aspects of Tradeshow Deadlines, Booth Design and Layout, Optimal Booth Position Payment Schedule, and all administrator tasks
- Maintain Tradeshow Equipment & Supply
- Electronic marketing file management
- Maintain Literature & Supply and manage all marketing requests from sales force and customers
- Direct advertising mediums and channels
- Manage all marketing administrative tasks
- Develop Marketing Budget and provide quality updates/reports
- Event Coordinator of In-House Dealer Meetings and Other Sales Events
