Joe joined the Buffalo team in January 2020 with a B.S. from the University of Brockport and a Level II Sommelier certification. With over 15 years of experience in customer service, he began as an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative and was promoted to Global Customer Service Manager in March 2022. In his role, Joe collaborates closely with the sales and production teams to ensure exceptional service. He addresses lead time improvements, pricing adjustments, and logistical challenges such as expedited shipping or transit delays. Joe also provides field support, resolving product issues swiftly to maintain customer satisfaction and trust.
