Matt joined the Buffalo team in 2012, returned in 2017, and has since built an impressive career with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics. His professional journey spans roles as a Mechanical Engineer at Buffalo Wire, Product Engineer at Firstmark Aerospace, and multiple leadership positions, including Manager of Rubber Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering Manager. Matt leads the Design and Manufacturing Engineering team, spearheading the development of injection and rubber mold designs and driving process improvement initiatives. His expertise ensures innovation and efficiency in manufacturing operations, reflecting his commitment to excellence.
